Most cleans are completed within 1–2 business days once we receive the device. GPU & Laptop-only cleans can often be done same day. We'll give you a realistic ETA when you book.
We'll advise you on how to pack your device safely before shipping.
We use premium-grade thermal compound as standard — no cheap gray paste. We can also use a specific paste you provide if you have a preference, just let us know when booking.
We specialize in deep cleaning only. If we find signs of hardware damage during the process, we'll document and report it to you — but repairs are outside our scope. Think of us as preventive medicine for your PC.
Every 6–12 months is ideal for most setups, especially in the Philippines where heat and humidity accelerate dust buildup. If you have pets or smoke indoors, more frequent cleans are recommended.
We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash on pickup/delivery. Payment details will be shared when you confirm your booking.
